A: We do our best to deliver all items to your unit before you arrive. Sometimes this is not possible and items will be
delivered no later than 6:00 P.M.

Q: Can bikes be ridden on the beach?A: Yes, but please keep them out of the water as there are some parts of the bike that are not sealed and must be rebuilt
after being ridden in the water. If you feel the need, Shore Beach Service, Inc does offer three wheel bikes designed to
be ridden in the ocean.
Q: What if I have my own bikes and I just want to rent a bike trailer for my kids? A: Please call, based on availability.
A: We offer 3 day and weekly bike rentals.
Q: Do baskets come with my bike rental? A: Yes, baskets are free with bike rentals. They fit adult bikes only, please be sure to order with your bikes.
Q: Are there any laws governing helmets on Hilton Head Island?A: No, not at this time (11/10/2009). For your safety we provide helmets at no additional cost.
Q: Do helmets come with my bike rental?
A: Yes, helmets are free with bike rentals, but must be requested. Please specify the age of riders to ensure proper helmet
sizing. They will be delivered with the rental bikes.
Q: What if I get a flat tire or have a problem with my bike? A: Call us and we will come to you as soon as possible. Our contact information is on every bike.
Q: What if I damage rental equipment? A: Please don't. Give us a call if you do and it will be handled on an individual basis.
Q: What if my bike or beach chair is stolen? A: Bikes and accessories must be locked at all times when not in use, renter is charged a stolen bike fee of $150. All other rental items are the responsibility of the renter during the rental period, if an item is stolen there is a replacement fee that varies depending on the item.
